Peter Fiori has been the Head Chef at Coutts Bank for over 20 years. His passion for providing exquisite cuisine, prepared using the freshest home grown ingredients from his very own Sky Garden which adorns the roofline on The Strand in London, is second to none.

THE BRIEF: I met Peter after a previous Commission for an Architectural photoshoot at Coutts bank. He hired me for a two day photoshoot documenting the gardens, absorbing all Peter’s knowledge and expertise and translating that through a series of Portraits and lifestyle images which would go on to adorn the pages of his Skyline Garden Cookbook.

THE SHOOT: Peter & I immediately struck it off and his love for culinary creations and that of his unique skyline garden, together with my curiosity into the processes and his vision for the ‘Harvest to plate’ story saw us create a portfolio of images which visually represent the passion, knowledge and expertise which combined provide a unique and mouth watering experience for the fortunate few, invited to dine on the upper floors of the Bank.

In 2020, The Skyline Garden Cookbook, both designed and published by Face Publications, was named as best in the UK in two categories at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards. It won the best Corporate Cookbook & the best Food Security Cookbook.
