PERSONAL BRANDING SHOOT FOR ‘YO FARNHAM’, SURREY
As a paediatric nurse, Laura originally started ‘Yo Mamas’ to enrich her life’s work in helping Mums and Mama’s to be.
After building her own private studio in South Farnham, and qualifying as a YTT 200hrs Yoga teacher, Laura wanted launch her new business ‘Yo Farnham’ by showcasing her complete range of classes, the peace & tranquility of the Studio and the nourishing, friendly and supportive community that she has poured her heart into creating.
THE BRIEF: To document the journey of a Mother - starting yoga when pregnant, then staying for postnatal rehab, and continuing with stronger classes or restorative classes. Whilst highlighting that her clients would be making friends every step of the way and belong to a supportive community.
THE SHOOT: Gathering together a collection of 6 ladies willing to model for the day including a few pregnant ladies too, we curated a relaxed and fun photoshoot backed with warm sunshine and refreshments on tap. Laura wanted a ‘relaxed, friendly and in the moment’ feel to the shoot so it was important to keep everyone moving, chatting and comfortable in each others company. There were chilled tunes, chats and plenty of giggles throughout the day. We organised a collection of headshots, portraits, in flow teaching shots and those focused more on holistic moments, the interior of the studio and friendly lifestyle.
Laura gifted each of her models a gorgeous bag of goodies and a voucher for a free class as a thank you for bringing their unique and crucial contribution to the shoot .
